Payment Of Bills/Dues
We will raise the bill for the services provided once in a month and give you in the first week of the month and the client will pay us by 7th of each month so that we may pay the guard’s wages by 10th.
Rules And Regulations
We shall maintain minimum wages record, leaves with wages record and other statutory
records under minimum wages act. We shall cover all employees under the said acts.
Legal Obligation / Responsibility
We will take all the responsibility of our security. They will be on payrolls, we will pay them the statutory wages, we will give replacement for absenteeism, we will give all the statutory benefits like ESIC, PF, Bonus, Leave salary, HRA, Etc. We will maintain all the necessary records, which will be available for inspection by the Govt. Authority, in-short we will take the responsibility and it will be our botheration. We will take in account the attendance of the boys in each branch/offices and shall prepare the wages statement and pay them. Our representative will visit to see functioning periodically.
